APM2GO offers complete deployment solutions according to its
GO Methodology. Services included with APM2GO's solution include
the following:
 Project
Management
The Project Manager will be responsible for all deliverables,
communication and onsite management of both APM2GO resources and
client resources assigned to work on the project. Depending on
the size of the project the PM may also be responsible for some
Business Analyst duties, such as metric review, recommendations
and ROI analysis.
 Business
Analysts
The Business Analyst is responsible for documenting business processes,
design documents, metrics and performing Maintenance Operation
Audits. The Business Analyst will work closely with the Technical
Analysts to make sure that the technical implementation of the
business processes is correct according to design documents developed
by the Business Analyst. Any training, front end configuration
or data collection may be done by the Business Analyst depending
on the scope and size of the project.
 Technical
Analysts
APM2GO's Technical Analysts are responsible for data migration,
manipulation, integration, business rule creation and items related
to metrics such as report development or KPI queries. Depending
on the scope and size of a project there will typically be at
least one Technical Analyst assigned per Business Analyst.
