Project
Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for scheduling, planning and
coordination of events. Other responsibilities include scoping,
change control and development of Statement of Work (SOW). The Project
Manager also serves as the primary point of contact for the customer.
Technical Analyst
Technical Analysts are responsible technical related tasks such
as;
Report writing
Data migration
Data base administration
Code development (PL/SQL, Transact SQL, VB, .Net, Java)
Systems integration
Business Analyst
The Business Analyst is the functional business consultant whose
purpose is to focus on customer business goals and processes.
After working with the customer to determine the best process
or "practice", the business analyst will work to harmonize
the customer's processes with the application, metrics and technical
requirements.
QA Analyst
The QA Analyst is responsible for quality control related to technical
work and documentation. Duties include writing and performing
testing control procedures to ensure quality delivery. QA Analysts
work with the Technical Analyst to make sure that any product
delivered meets APM2GO's and the customer's requirements.
