Project Scoping- APM2GO assists customers to develop well-defined product and project requirements that capture business needs, user cases, UI, integration, key features and deployment requirements. These are some key elements involved in the project scoping process:
  • Define criteria
  • Establish Plans
  • Define Milestones
Once you have completed the Project Scope the deliverable is a "Statement of Work", that will be comprised of the project scope, any bullet point requirements to the project scope and the path you will follow to define and create the project plan to achieve the overall vision for the deployment.
