needs. Technical Services we provide are listed below:
Web Services: Our Technical services group has a variety
of experience with EAM/ Supply Chain based processes applications.
Some of these services include:
• SOA architecture included with D7i's Web Services or create custom applications.(reword)
• Simple or Complex integrations between applications: (i.e.
the ability to create a WO from MS Outlook or another application
like a MFG pro or Intranet Web site. The importing of data from
one application to another.
• Custom Development in conjunction with Infor EAM/ Datastream
7i.
Integration: Our technical services group can provide custom
integration between multiple departmental applications. For example:
Between your EAM application and Financials, SCADA, Process Monitoring,
and HR by way of product specific tools such as Databridge.
Report Writing: Customize report writing for (Infor EAM/
Datastream 7i) and other applications:
• Cognos
• Oracle
• Crystal
Remote Support: Our technical services group can also assist
through remote support for installations and database administration
(Oracle PL, SQL,) via VPN or other methods in order to reduce cost
and services. This allows for great efficiencies and can save thousands
of dollars.
